  • 4.2. User Content: The user's uploaded content is their own. We do not claim ownership of original content, or EditZilla's output of their original content, which might be modified within the scope of EditZilla, which is a long form video optimizer. Your content is yours. We will not distribute or share your content with others, although if we are in a merger or acquisition, it might be transferred.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. Disclaimer: EditZilla provides the service on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. 5.2. Limitation: EditZilla shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
